Orders are final once confirmed. Please review carefully before submission.

Purchases are for personal use only. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected for resale or bulk distribution.

Opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return unless defective.

Section 3A – Cash on Delivery (COD)

We may confirm COD orders via phone or message before shipping.

Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.

Customers who fail to accept COD deliveries may be blocked from future orders.

Section 4 – Prices and Billing

Prices may change without notice. Final price is shown at checkout.

Prices may exclude shipping or additional fees.

You agree to provide accurate payment details.

Delivery within Egypt typically takes 2–5 business days.

Delays may occur due to couriers or external factors.

Risk transfers to you once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.
